The most ridden single track on the Bloemendal trail network that provides you with the perfect finish to your trail ride at Lower Bloemendal. This trail is located at the end of the trail loop and provides you with a fast, fun descent to the trail end, with small, easy features that are suitable for all types of riders.

This trail is aimed at assisting you to get airborne over a series of tabletops and jumps, with a smaller, intermediate line on the left band and an advanced jump line on the right. Give it a go, you will soon be whooping over the tabletops and progressing your riding!

A technically challenging purpose built XCO trail, with large drop off, rock gardens, gap jumps, canon jumps and more, which will test your XCO skills whilst having so much fun doing so! There are a few punchy and technical climbs on the trail too, which culminates in the very fast technical and much acclaimed Queen descent to finish off the trail. There are B lines to most of the obstacles on this trail. Be sure to inspect this trail carefully when riding for the first time!

This newly revamped trail remains a gem and is a wonderful finish to your Upper Bloemendal ride. You enter over a large bridge into a fun, flowing trail under the shade of the Blue gum trees that provides you with some proper cornering practice and many smiles, before exiting via an A frame bridge onto the steep farm road descent down to Lower Bloemendal.

A much-underutilised trail that sweeps through the vineyards and fields of Upper Bloemendal that provides you with a wonderful vista of Table Mountain, Table Bay and Robben Island. There are plenty of punchy climbs, technical descending and other features that will be sure to test your legs and provide you with a decent workout on your bike in the most fantastic of settings.

A unique trail that takes you through the forests of Upper Bloemendal, the only forest trail on the entire TMTBC trail network. There is a tough climb to get to the start of this trail, but thereafter you are well rewarded with a master-built descent that is fast, exhilarating and fun incorporating steep switchback corners, jumps, gap jumps and much more fun, aimed at the intermediate rider. The single-track climb out of the trail, also under the forest canopy, is fairly steep and tough and not recommended for the new or unfit rider.

A fun, non-technical trail starting up at Wilbert’s bench next to the Veer Factor, that flows gently down the rehabilitated vineyards into the lower section, which is filled with more open, easy flowing trails that eventually spits you out at the start of the Home Run. This trail is suitable for all, although there is a bit of a climb to get you up to the start at Wilbert’s Bench.

A wonderfully built and crafted wide flow trail that provides two lines, advanced and intermediate aimed at progression and is generally suitable for all types of riders. The right-hand line is for the advanced rider that flows beautifully into a series of drop offs, step ups, step downs, table tops, gap jumps and much more other fun features. The left line is for all and provides similar, smaller features, but is much safer, with no gaps or drop offs, but just as much fun!

The original and very first single-track descent built on Bloemendal, named after the ubiquitous farm manager of the time, Lombard Loubser, who introduced mountain biking to Bloemendal. This trail remains a firm favourite with all, with its flowing corners and punchy features, but has B and C lines around most of these features and is suitable for most riders.

A lovely gentle meander through the lower wetlands of Bloemendal, this trail is suitable for most riders and includes a wonderful boardwalk ride through the Poplar trees and easy, flat single track. Just beware of a steep A frame climb out of the trail right at the end.
